The lubricating arrangement and/or the control and actuating arrangements of shift gears, in particular automatic and infinitely variable shift gears, are supplied with pressure medium by a positive-displacement pump. The positive-displacement pump is driven at the speed of rotation of a driving motor and is designed as a suction-throttled (16) pump. Advantageously, the pump used is a radial piston pump (21).
