A writing instrument tip having a front part (1, 1') which carries a writing element (2), especially a writing tube, at its front end and on which a writing liquid cartridge (8) is placed from behind, this having a holding region, which possesses a cross-sectional constriction (11), for a closure part (10) to be released by the front part (1, 1') when the front part (1, 1') is inserted into its operating position in the writing liquid cartridge (8). At the rear end of the front part (1, 1'), an outward-pointing hook region (7) is provided which is resiliently displaceable outwards in the radial direction and engages in an anchoring manner behind the holding region when the front part (1, 1') is in the operating position. <IMAGE>
