Disclosed is a surveillance camera having a heat map imaging function. The surveillance camera comprises: a heat map generating unit which accumulates trajectories of moving objects in a photographed original image to generate a heat map consisting of graphic information of a heat distribution type; and a heat map synthesizing unit which synthesizes the heat map on the original image. According to the present invention, since a foreground image is extracted and directly used for generating the heat map by accumulating trajectories, a surveillance function can be provided while greatly reducing the amount of calculation. |
