THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition. The thermosetting resin composition comprises: a copolymer containing a carboxyl group, or a carboxylic anhydride group, and an epoxy group; and a compound having a glycoluril group as a crosslinking agent. As such, the thermosetting resin satisfies characteristics conventionally required for a protective film, and effectively improves crosslinking density. Moreover, the thermosetting resin composition can be used to provide a cured film having excellent mechanical properties and thermal resistance without exhibiting yellowing at high temperature.
