摘要 An apparatus for examining and photographing the corneal endothelium membrane of the eye (E) incorporates three separate optical systems (1,28,29). System (28) projects a light beam from the source (30,32) for illuminating a specific area of the cornea (c); system (29) receives the reflected light for the purposes of examination and photography; system (1) enables the examination of a frontal segment of the eye (E) when illuminated by a light source (7). The optical paths are routed via lenses and semi-reflective mirrors to generate a monitor image (25,25') and photographic exposure is automatically triggered by the sensor (47) and controller (32'). USE/ADVANTAGE - Affords a means of ocular examination which incorporates automatic photography and reduces need for highly skilled operators. Duration of examination is reduced and procedure is less taxing for patient.
