The pressure distribution diagram is produced by inserting a test pipe in the pipe ditch, provided around its outer mantle surface with hydraulic pressure measuring cushions (9). The tested section of the pipe ditch is defined by two end walls and filled in the normal manner. The pressure measuring cushions (9) are coupled to a pressure recording device on the outside of the tested section. Pref. the base of the pipe ditch and the ditch walls within the tested section are also clad with hydraulic pressure measuring cushions (9',9''). USE - For providing accurate mapping of pressure loading distribution within filled pipe ditch.
