<p>The invention relates to a variable reluctance absolute angular position sensor, comprising: at least one stator detector (2) comprising at least one fixed armature (4) made of a ferromagnetic material, fitted with an annular housing segment (5) and extending over an angular sector alpha , and at least one annular coil (6) partially sheltered in the said annular housing; and at least one rotor member (3), comprising at least one annular segment (7) made of a ferromagnetic material which extends over an angular sector beta at most equal to 360 DEG - alpha and which is situated facing the coil (6) in a radial direction, whilst being driven in rotation coaxially with the coil (6) and facing it, the magnetic flux circulating radially between the stator detector (2) and the rotor member (3). <IMAGE></p> |
