The present invention relates to a culture medium composition, for induced pluripotent stem cell dedifferentiation, comprising an Ecklonia cava extract. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for differentiating induced pluripotent stem cells, which are prepared by means of the culture medium composition, into adipocyte. By means of the culture medium composition, according to the present invention, induced pluripotent stem cells can be efficiently prepared by using mesenchymal stem cells, and the prepared pluripotent stem cells can be differentiated into adipocyte. Therefore, the present invention can be utilized for a patient-specific cell therapy product. |
