The apparatus mounted to parallel an incinerator (1) and a dry furnace (7) stores the combustion gas and dry gas for re- combustion at the secondary combustion-chambe (10). The apparatus comprises a raw-material waste chamber (6) mounted at waste inlet (1a) of an incinerator, a waste push mechanism (4) actuated by the hydraulic system, an exhaust pipe (16) connected to the secondary chamber (10), a heat pipe (8a) connected to the chamber (10) through a valve at the middle parts, an exhaust pipe (12) of the chamber (10) passed through a pipe (14) of hot water or steam generator (13).
