The waste incinerater separates non-combustible waste from the collected waste, and reuses the waste for heat generated from the waste incineration process. The waste incinerator comprises a waste conveyance means (A) including a crusher (1), a conveyor system (2) conveying the crushed waste to an impeller assembly (3), and the impeller assembly (3) supplying the waste for a kiln (13); a waste incineration means (B) including the kiln (13) rotatably supported by at least two sliders (36), an oil supplier (15), and blowers (17,18) supplying air for pipes (23,24) of the kiln (13); a waste heat reuse means (D) including a water pipe (20) connected with the kiln, a vessel (42) storing vapor or hot water, and a generator (43).
