COPOLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

The copolyester composition is prepared by mixing an ester- exchange reacting aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid as a acidic component (A) with aliphatic and alicyclic glycols as a glycol component (B). The acidic component comprises 10.1-15 mole% aromatic dicarboxylic acid containing a metal salt of sulfonic acid, 30-89.4 mole% aromatic dicarboxylic acid without a metal salt of sulfonic acid, 0.5-10 mole% polycarboxylic acid, 0.5-10 mole% C35-72 dimer acid and below 59.3 mole% aliphatic or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid. The composition has an excellent water dispersion and film forming properties.
