<p>The subject of the invention is a process for the preparation of boron nitride by reaction of a borazine of formula: <IMAGE> with a derivative of formula: N2Sin(CH3)3nH4-n in which n = 2 or 3, with a view to obtaining a vitreous white solid which, by pyrolysis, leads to the formation of boron nitride (BN), and the invention also relates to the boron nitride thus obtained.</p> |
