Disclosed is a latent heat sink (1) for storing latent heat, comprising at least two graphite plates (2) and a conducting device (8) having a longitudinal axis (100). According to the invention, each graphite plate (2) includes a hole (12) through which the conducting device (8) extends, and the graphite plates (2) are placed along the longitudinal axis (100) of the conducting device (8) and are separated by an interstice (6) which comprises a phase change material (4). The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a latent heat sink (1).
