PURPOSE: To automatically switch a terminal to exchange to a spare battery by allowing a battery reconnection circuit for connecting a newly inserted battery to a load, after the spare battery has been cut from the load corresponding to a low-voltage state. CONSTITUTION: A battery reconnecting circuit is used to perform functions that are normally performed manually, while a discharged battery is being replaced by a new one. A DC voltage/power is supplied to a DC/DC power converter 102 for changing an input DC voltage level on an input lead wire 101 to another DC voltage level on an output lead wire 121. Converter output on the lead wire 121 is supplied to a load network 105. The load network 105 is one portion of a communication system requiring a spare power, replaces a discharged battery by the new one, and needs to test the operation of the system before a main power recovers, thus replacing the battery by a new one, without requiring switching to the manual operation of the circuit parts of a battery terminal. |
