PURPOSE:To provide a flat wire harness of light weight and high reliability in the manufacture of the flat wire harness to be used for an electric wiring of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of relay circuit boards 13 each having a plurality of circuit conductors in the inside and a connector 15 on one end are arranged on the lower side sheet 12 at prescribed intervals, coated wires 7 are arranged between the respective relay circuit boards 13. Then, it is covered with the upper side sheet 18, respective peripheral parts 12a, 18a of the lower side sheet 12 and the upper side sheet 18 are stuck to each other, followed by sucking inside gas from a sucking port 17 provided on the upper side sheet 18 for removal. Thereby the lower side sheet 12 and the upper side sheet 18 are closely adhered around the relay circuit boards 13 and the arranged coated wires 7. |
