<p>PURPOSE:To enable the exchange of a transmitting side processor without stopping other job, even in the case the transmitting side processor goes down. CONSTITUTION:In a network device 3 for connecting plural processors, and having a switching part 4 for securing a path of a transmitting side processor 1 and a receiving side processor 2 and executing a communication processing, this device is constituted of an off-line detecting means 5 for detecting down of the transmitting side processor 1 and sending out an off-line signal, and a control means 6 for receiving the off-line signal sent out of the off-line detecting means 5, generating a data finishing signal, transmitting it to the switching part 4, informing an end of data to the receiving side processor 2, and also, opening the path, and finishing the communication processing.</p> |
