PURPOSE:To sterilize a solid substance-containing food by dividing a solid substance-containing food to be sterilized into a solid substance part containing a partially liquid part and an excessive liquid part and sterilizing the former by a microwave heating sterilizer and the latter by a high-temperature short- time sterilizer. CONSTITUTION:A solid substance-containing food to be sterilized is divided into two of a mixed part of a solid substance with a liquid part in a raw material tank 1 and an excessive liquid part in a raw material tank 2. The mixed part of the solid substance with the liquid part is sterilized by using a microwave heating sterilizer 3 and the excessive liquid part is disinfected by using an arbitrary high-temperature short-time sterilizer 4.
