<p>PURPOSE:To provide a transformer having a cylindrical shield case that is prevented from getting out of place on the outer surface of the transformer case housing high-voltage output and low-voltage input coils. CONSTITUTION:A transformer has an insulating case 12, on the outer wall of which are provided positioning projections 13A and 13B in portions corresponding to the upper and lower ends of a high-voltage output coil 3 and a low-voltage input coil 4. A cylindrical shield member 5 having openings is attached between the positioning projections 13A and 13B. Since the shield is constantly kept in place even under vibrations in this manner, it is possible to prevent the degradation of shielding.</p> |
