PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a memory while keeping the compatibility of document structure in the case of preparing a document having a routine format. CONSTITUTION:A document processor 10 is equipped with a CPU 11, key input part 12, input editing control part 15 to store the inputted and edited document in a document content storage part 13 and to execute control for storing the data of page management in a page management register 14, fixed page setting control part 17 to execute control for storing fixed page information due to the input of a fixed page setting key 12b in a fixed page storage register 16, and printing control part 19 to print the contents stored in the document content storage part 13 according to the contents in the fixed page storage register 16 and the page management register 14. The fixed part (fixed data) such as the routine format, etc., is stored in a specified page among plural pages as the same one page and in the case of printing, the page storing the fixed data and the other pages are printed while being overlapped. |
