PURPOSE:To provide an advantageous production method of oxidized material to produce a soft ferrite with excellent characteristics by realizing mixing uniformity of material without generating harmful gas. CONSTITUTION:Metallic material (soft ferrite composition elements), which contains one or two or more elements of manganese, nickel, zinc oxide and magnesium oxide, and the remainder of iron, is melted, and the melted metallic material is changed into powder by spraying it with water or gas and further the obtained powder is oxidized in an acidic atmosphere. With the aid of such processing method, the mixing uniformity of material component can be improved and the oxidized material for soft ferrite with excellent magnetic characteristics can be also produced without generating harmful gases such as hydrochloric acid gas or chlorine gas. |
