PURPOSE:To simplify management by setting logical names for specifying a bulletin board for reading and writing information and a user using the bulletin board in tree structure and making the structure the same. CONSTITUTION:The logical names of the user, namely, O/R names are set in tree structure as shown in Fig. (a). The root 6 is a country name and is shown as a country 1. Nodes 7 which range just under the root 6 are government office area names and they are shown as main 1 and main 2. The user of the bulletin board is specified by providing the nodes 7 which range just under the root 6. On the other hand, the O/R names of the bulletin board are shown by tree structure shown in Fig. (b). The bulletin board uses the same root 6 and the nodes 7 as the country name and the main government office area names, which are used in the O/R names of the user. In this example, the bulletin board is constituted so that it belongs to the private 1 of private management area names. Thus, the user belonging to a development head office and a group 2, which range under the private management name private 1, can use the bulletin board belonging to private 1. |
