PURPOSE:To maintain the specified optical path of the laser beam from a laser oscillator to a condenser lens. CONSTITUTION:A Y-axis slide 4a moves relative with an X-axis slide and a Z-axis slide 3 moves vertically with the Y-axis slide 4a. A C-axis swiveling part 6 is joined to the Z-axis slide 3 and a B-axis swiveling part 10 is swiveled with the C-axis swiveling part 6. The laser oscillator 13 is provided on the Z-axis slide 3. A focusing lens part (condenser lens) 9 is provided in the B-axis swiveling part 10. The laser beam outputted from the laser oscillator 13 is reflected by a mirror and is introduced through the inside of the swiveling part into the focusing lens part 9. |
