PURPOSE:To provide the circuit able to operate accurately by eliminating an overlapped portion between a phase difference pulse and a hazard. CONSTITUTION:When a phase of an FR inputted to a phase comparator circuit 11 is advanced more than a phase of an FV, a phase difference pulse is outputted at a point U1 and when reversed, a phase difference pulse is outputted at a point U2. When a discrimination circuit 12 detects the phase difference pulse at the point U1 earlier, a selection circuit 17 selects the delay pulse U2 from a delay circuit 13 and a selection circuit 18 selects a 2nd delay pulse D3 from a redelay circuit 16. When the discrimination circuit 12 detects the phase difference pulse at the point U2 earlier, the selection circuit 17 selects the re-delay pulse U3 from a re-delay circuit 15 and the selection circuit 18 selects a delay pulse D2 from the delay circuit 14. |
