<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate danger of being rusted, to make lightweight and compact, simultaneously to make welding unnecessary, to make manufacture easy and to easily respond to an excessively large quantity of heat supplied. CONSTITUTION:The whole equipment is constructed by aluminum material. A cooling chamber 2 equipped with an evaporator 11 and a reheat chamber 3 equipped with a heat exchanger tube 12 are passed through a body 1 in parallel. To both the end openings of the body 1 are fitted cover bodies 4, 5 by screws with hexagon socket head 6. The evaporator 11 is constituted by one refrigerating pipe 7 in the shape of a straight line, a capillary tube 10 for supplying a refrigerant inserted into the refrigerating pipe 7 and heat exchange fins 9 radially provided on the periphery of the refrigerating pipe 7. Further in the place corresponding to a drain discharge opening, the heat exchange fins 9 are not installed and simultaneously the sectional area of the cooling chamber 2 is made larger than that of the other parts. The circumferential surface of the heat exchanger tube 12 is spirally formed in the uneven cross-sectional shape.</p> |
