The present invention provides a vehicle diagnosis service providing system capable of diagnosing a malfunction of a vehicle by using a telephone conversation method which is familiar to a customer. The vehicle diagnosis service providing system comprises: a telephone terminal; and an on-board diagnostics (OBD) terminal loaded in the vehicle. The telephone terminal is connected to the OBD terminal by using a telephone application of the terminal, receives a diagnosis request of the vehicle as a voice, and transmits the diagnosis request of the vehicle to the OBD terminal. The OBD terminal provides a diagnosis result regarding the diagnosis request to the telephone terminal. |
