PURPOSE:To reuse food without waste when a menu is canceled. CONSTITUTION:The ordered menu is transmitted from a radio handy terminal 1 to a kitchen controller 4, and the kitchen controller 4 prepares a schedule for each parts of the menu. And also, when the canceled menu is transmitted from the radio handy terminal 1 to the kitchen controller 4, the kitchen controller 4 changes the schedule for each parts of the canceled menu. Information based on the schedule is displayed at a display 6, and even the parts whose cooking is started already at the time of the cancel can be reused for the parts of an another menu. |
