PURPOSE:To manage the use of data with respect to the whole network by preparing in advance a table expressing the state of the right of using at every data in a managing device, storing the data of a program, etc., in an information processor, and using the data by requesting it to the managing device at the time of using the data. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic disk 55 of a work station 22, a program for realizing various functions as option is stored, in addition to a program for controlling the respective work stations 22-2,..., 22-N, and in order to execute these programs, the right of using is imparted from a work station 22-1 for management each time. The work station 22-1 for management is provided with a management table for managing the right of using, and updates suitably the contents of the management table, and on the other hand, discriminates whether the right of using can be imparted or not by referring to the management table of a box in the case the right of using is requested, and the right of using is imparted in the case it is possible. |
