PURPOSE:To attain the transmission even in the case of rough tentative installation or the like in the operating state by devising an allowable angle with respect to a deviation in the optical axis to be large. CONSTITUTION:A couple of a light emitting device 4 and a light receiving device 5 are provided respectively to opposite sides of a couple of optical repeaters 1, 1 located apart. The equipment is an optical space communication equipment by using a built-in signal conversion control circuit to convert a voice signal of the optical transmitter-receiver connecting respectively to each optical repeater 1 in a wired line or in a radio wave into an optical signal mutually. Light emitting/light receiving angles of light emitting elements/light receiving elements LED/PD of the light emitting device 4 and the light receiving device 5 are selected and adjusted through a mechanical or electrical light emitting/light receiving angle changeover means (for and near changeover switch SW).
