PURPOSE:To prevent a switch element from deteriorating by providing a reflection film to reflect laser beam on an electrode surface or a substrate corresponding to an electric part. CONSTITUTION:In this laser marker, a material to be worked is irradiated with laser beam transmitting a liquid crystal mask and a pattern information. In a liquid crystal mask, two substrates 14, 20 having electrodes 15, 17 on one side and transmittable laser beam are arranged face to face and the liquid crystal 16 is arranged between the substrates 14, 20. At the same time, an electric part (switch element) 13 covered with part of the electrode 15 is mounted on the substrate 14 and a reflecting film 18 consisting of Ag, Au or a dielectric multilayer film reflecting laser beam on the electrode 15 surface or the substrate 14 corresponding to the electric part 13 is provided. In this way, it is unnecessary that the switch element can be irradiated with the laser beam reflected on the reflecting film. |
