PRODUCTION OF RARE-EARTH MAGNET MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To make uniform the nitrogen concentration distribution in nitrogen diffusion processing of alloy magnet powder consisting essentially of at leaset one rare-earth element including yttrium and a 3d-group transition metal element primarily comprising boron and Fe. CONSTITUTION:Alloy magnet powder, which is composed of 10-30 at.% R (R is all least one rare-earth element including yttrium), 2-28 at.% boron and 65-82 at.% T (T is a 3d-group transition element primarily comprising Fe), is applied with a nitrogen diffusion processing, and further applied with heat treatment for uniformization.
