PURPOSE:To provide a coin timer device whose operation can be secularly stabilized, and whose illegal usage can be prevented by preventing a dust from entering into the coin timer device from a coin input port. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a cover 10 capable of being opened and closed which always closes a coin input port 2, stopper 12 which stops a coin N inputted when the cover 10 is opened, until the cover 10 is closed, and a second detection switch 13 which generates an output after detecting a closed state of the cover 10. Then, a control circuit 6 is operated when the outputs of both a first detection switch 5 which detects the coin N passing through a coin passage 4, and the second switch 13 are simultaneously operated. |
