PURPOSE:To reduce the processing cost in a mass production technology of slow-away chip having a complex shape by performing the injection molding to form a near net shape. CONSTITUTION:Kneading with the organic binder, the degreasing process and the injection molding are applied to improve the dimension accuracy of a chip, and the process is omitted as many as possible, and the dimension accuracy is improved to a degree that a chip can be used by processing only blade part. |
