PURPOSE:To provide the method for casting the expendable pattern which can cast a part where the thickness is small. CONSTITUTION:A film-like molding 9 consisting of a synthetic resin material is formed and a foamed molding 11 is integrated around this film-like molding 9 to form the expendable pattern 13. This pattern is disposed in sand 15 and a molten metal poured therein to form the molding consisting of a metal 17 substd. with the foamed molding 11 and the unexpended film-like molding 9. The film-like molding 9 is then removed and the product having the prescribed shape and thickness is obtd. |
