PURPOSE:To provide a beverage extractor capable of extracting savorous delicious hot tea by immersing tea leaves in a sufficient amount of hot water sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:A beverage extractor is provided with a hot water boiling tank 3 provided with a hot water heater 7 and hot water supply port 8, an extracting receptacle 19 provided with a filter 22 and drain port 20 to be supplied with hot water from the hot water boiling tank 3 through the hot water supply mart 8, a hot water supply valve 9 provided in the hot water supply port 8 and a drain valve 21 provided in the drain port 20 and a microcomputer 24 for controllably opening and closing these hot water supply valve 9 and drain valve 21. |
