<p>PURPOSE:To attain such an orthogonal conversion like a cosine conversion, etc., with use of a circuit that can be operated with a simple control operation and excels in the universal applicability. CONSTITUTION:An operation of the cosine conversion that is attained with the multiplication carried out between an input data series (X) and a cosine conversion coefficient matrix (C) is deformed. The matrix (C) is converted into the product of bath matrices (D) and (H). These matrices are already known by a processor P. The data read out of a buffer memory M1 are supplied to the processor P, and the inner product operation result received from the processor P is stored in a buffer memory M2. Meanwhile the data flow in the direction opposite to the memory M2. Then an inversion form (FT) of the conversion output is obtained after the processor P carried out four inner product operations.</p> |
