PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which, without using a tissue cell or a stem cell of an individual "A", a tissue cell of another individual "B" in the same portion of the tissue cell is used, and a tissue cell having the same properties (individual difference) as the tissue cell of the individual "A" is cultured.SOLUTION: A cell nucleus is removed from a tissue cell of an individual "B", and a cell nucleus of an individual "A" is transplanted and cultured. At this point, it is not necessary that the cell nucleus of the individual "A" be that of a cell in the same portion of a tissue cell to be cultured. |
