<p>PURPOSE:To cause a macromolecule polymer insulator used as a phase-to-phase spacer for an overhead transmission line to have no uniform lift created therein even when it receives lateral wind, and have no snow droplet developed thereon. CONSTITUTION:A macromolecule polymer insulator 10 is composed of a fiber- reinforced plastic core material member 12, and a plurality of macromolecule polymer made umbrellas 14 formed on this core member 12 in a longitudinally arranged form.
