PURPOSE:To attain stable relay service and to simplify the operation of a satellite by avoiding manual changeover of transmission power and controlling automatically a reception level of the satellite so as to keep always the reception level constant. CONSTITUTION:A satellite mount data processing unit 4 edits data by using an AGC voltage of a satellite mount receiver 3 as a telemetry signal and a satellite mount transmitter 5 and a satellite mount antenna 2 send the edited data to an earth station. The telemetry signal is received by an earth station antenna 6 and an earth station receiver 7 and sent to an earth station data processing unit 8. An earth station data processing unit 8 decoding a reception level of a satellite 1 based on the telemetry signal controls transmission power of an earth station transmitter 9. |
