PURPOSE:To attain an incoming call notice in response to a change in the operating environment and the incoming call recognition capability of a user by automatically selecting an incoming call notice method in response to the moving state of the mobile body communication terminal equipment itself. CONSTITUTION:The mobile communication terminal equipment with carrying performance and operated while not being limited in the operating location is provided with a recognition device 1 recognizing the moving state of the terminal equipment itself when plural kinds of incoming call notice methods and an OR gate 13 selecting one of the plural kinds of incoming call notice methods in response to the moving state recognized by the recognition device 1. Since the terminal equipment itself recognizes the moving state, in which operating state the terminal equipment is resident is estimated, for example, in the case of no incoming call reached, since a danger is in existence that the incoming call, if any, might not be recognized in the moving state causing vibration to the terminal equipment main body, an incoming call vibrator drive circuit 14 selects an incoming tone ring speaker drive circuit 15 by means of an incoming tone, and then the incoming call notice method in response to the operating environment is adopted.
