<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the communication down time. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 20 measures the response reception time. An operation control part arithmetic part 22 calculates inference information corresponding to the response reception time and reads in the address of inference information in an inference information table corresponding to this inference information. Respective error information collected from an error information collecting function part are calculated, and the address of error information in an error information table corresponding to error information specified by this calculation is read in. Communication trouble information preserved in the area of the address of a knowledge data base table specified by these read addresses is read in and inferred, and inferered communication trouble information is outputted.</p> |
