<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject beverage favorable in taste such as mellowness and refreshed feeling, also having aroma and pale color by incorporating an extract from a health food in the system at fermentation stage during the normal distilled liquor production process followed by fermentation and then distillation. CONSTITUTION:A so-called 'health food' certified by the Japan Association of Health Foods is incorporated directly of after obtaining an extract therefrom using a solvent into the system at a fermentation stage during the normal distilled liquor production process such as for producing whisky, brandy and 'shochu' (distilled spirits of a Japanese sweet potato fermentation liquor) followed by fermentation and then distillation, thus obtaining the objective beverage rich in fanciness in short-term fermentation.</p> |
