<p>PURPOSE: To attain proper transaction establishment even when a communicating channel temporarily mal-functions. CONSTITUTION: This system is a system for establishing a contract by obtaining offer and approval between customers through a communicating channel between a host station and a customer station. When the transaction of a certain kind of message approval on the contact is not approved within a prescribed time by a timing device provided at each customer station, it is reported to the customer, and such approval is necessitated when all the added information can not be transferred to a desired destination by the communicating channel. When the customer already recognizes the identity of the other customer with whom the contract is being made, the customer can directly contact the pertinent other customer at the time of information, and when the customer does not know the identity of the other customer, the customer can contact the host station for obtaining the agreement of the contract state.</p> |
