PURPOSE: To reduce a gas bubble remaining in an impregnated resin by arranging a superconducting coil winding in a pressure/vacuum container and including an epoxy resin-introducing means for impregnating into the coil winding, an epoxy resin detection means, and an epoxy resin curing means. CONSTITUTION: When an epoxy resin 20 is adjusted in a mixture oven 22 and is supplied to the bottom of a coil winding 6 via a valve 26, it flows into a perpendicular channel 16 approximately at 50-60 deg.C and flows along the perpendicular channel 16 and reaches a horizontal channel 14. When the epoxy resin 20 successively fills each horizontal channel 14 and reaches a specific height, the valve 26 is operated, the supply of the epoxy resin 20 is stopped, and a container 4 is pressurized by nitrogen using a pressurization system 7. Then, after it has been confirmed that the epoxy resin 20 is uniformly distributed by the sensor 18, the epoxy resin 20 is allowed to flow into an overflow pipe 32, and a surplus is collected in an overflow pan 34. Then, the coil winding 6 is heated by a heater 10 and the epoxy resin 20 is cured, thus efficiently achieving a good impregnation. |
