Counterbore comprising of a grip element in the form of a mandrel on one side ended with a cone, and with a working element equipped with cutting blades mounted on the other end of the mandrel, characterised in that in the cylindrical segment of the mandrel (1) there is a duct (3) situated along the axis, in which knives (2) in the form of plates with cutting blades are rotating on a pin (4), each of the plates being connected with a spring (5) placed in the duct (6) situated axially inside the mandrel (1), and apart from that, inside the mandrel (1), in its frontal part, there is a slide (8), whose cylindrical front adheres to the knives (2), and the other end is in contact with the spring (9) propped on the cover (10) placed at the frontal part of the mandrel (1), and moreover in the slide (8), crosswise to its axis, there is a sliding pin (11) connected with the spring (12) mounted in the slide (8) situated axially in relation to the opening (13) in the pin (1) and constituting the lock of the slide (8).<IMAGE>
