Street stand which may be constructed with automatic dispensing machines, but which will be fully functional only if use were made of automatic snack-dispensing machines 17, which must meet special requirements. In the double channel 19, 20 of one of these automatic snack-dispensing machines, there are standardized tin cans 3 stacked in double rows, in pairs, one on top of the other, the respective front tin can being a small fraction δ lower than the rear tin can. In this way, when a tin can is removed, the entire row at the front 4 is made to advance downwards without any mechanical pushing device, whilst the back row 11 remains unaffected. Only when there is space for this does the respective tin can roll from the top of the rear row towards the front. When the front channel 19 is empty, the flap 22 then automatically opens and the tin cans in the rear channel 20 are ready to be placed on sale without distinction. In the automatic snack-dispensing machine, there are a number of double channels 19, 20 next to one another, allowing a wide range of products to be made available. Both channels may be refilled, both via the front and via the rear, which allows its handling from the inner space of the street stand. <IMAGE>
