PURPOSE:A composition having improved adhesivity to other polymer, especially to rubber, obtained by blending a mixture of a chlorinated polyethylene and a chlorinated ethylene-acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer with a specific crosslinking type component. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (A) 5-95wt% chlorinated polyethylene, preferably amorphous chlorinated polyethylene having 20-50wt% ethylene content obtained by chlorinating polyethylene having preferably 0.01-100 melt index and (B) 95-5wt% chlorinated ethylene-acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer having 2-45wt% chlorine content is blended with (C) a crosslinking type component consisting of (i) a mercaptotriazine, (ii) one or more compounds selected from an amine having >=about 110 deg.C boiling point (organic acid salt or its addition product), a diarylguanidine, condensate of aniline and aldehyde and 2- benzothiazylsulfenamide and (iii) a metallic compound (magnesia, etc.,) becoming an acid receiving agent. |
