PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely obtain a synthetic resin molded item where uneven patterns are monolithically fixed on a base material, by forming uneven patterns formed by extruding a resin constituting the base material from holes perforated in a skin material on the surface of the skin material adhered on the surface of the synthetic resin base material. CONSTITUTION:A mold 12 consisting of a fixed mold 9 having uneven patterns 6 on the cavity bottom face 8 of a cavity 7 corresponding to stitch pattern 5 to be formed on the surface of a skin material 3 and a movable mold 11 having a core 10 corresponding to the shape of the cavity 7 of the fixed mold 9 are used. A skin material 3 is placed in accordance with the cavity face 8 of the mold 12. Then, a plurality of perforated holes are prepared on the skin material by pressing the skin material 3 to each peaked projection 13 by means of a resin filling pressure when a molten resin A is filled in the cavity. The resin is extruded from each perforated hole 3a to the cavity face side. Therefore, molding treatment is carried out. Uneven patterns corresponding to the uneven patterns 6 on the cavity face 8 is thereby formed on the surface of the skin material with the extruded molten resin A. |
