PURPOSE:To cleanly hold the noncontact plane of a disk substrate with a disk placing board by providing an access groove extending from the center part of a disk placing part to one side plane of the disk placing board, and moving the attractive head of a delivery mechanism by making pass through the access groove. CONSTITUTION:In an optical disk manufacturing device, a print backup table 15 is set as the disk placing board on which the disk substrate 8 is placed, and a circular shallow recessed part 25 formed on an upper plane is set as the disk placing part. The disk substrate 8 is supplied to the disk placing part 25 with a disk carry-in mechanism 31, and is taken out from the placing part 25 with a disk carry-out mechanism 40. The access grooves 29 and 30 extending from the center part of the disk placing part 25 to one side plane of the disk placing board 15 is formed at the disk placing board 15. The attractive heads 38 and 47 of the disk carry-in mechanism 31 and the disk carry-out mechanism 40 are moved passing through the access grooves 29 and 30, respectively. By employing such constitution, the noncontact plane of the disk substrate 8 with the disk placing board 15 can be cleanly held. |
