An OLED pixel arrangement structure comprises a plurality of first sub-pixels (5001), a plurality of second sub-pixels (5002) and a plurality of third sub-pixels (5003); the two adjacent first sub-pixels (5001) form a first sub-pixel group; the two adjacent second sub-pixels (5002) form a second sub-pixel group; the two adjacent third sub-pixels (5003) form a third sub-pixel group; a plurality of the first sub-pixels (5001), a plurality of the second sub-pixels (5002) and a plurality of the third sub-pixels (5003) form an array, and each array at least comprises one of the first sub-pixels, one of the second sub-pixels and one of the third sub-pixels, and the first sub-pixel group, the second sub-pixel group and the third sub-pixel group are corresponding to quadrate openings of a mask plate in the evaporation process; an inclination angle which is an acute angle or an obtuse angle is formed between one side of the quadrate opening and the arrangement direction of the linear evaporation source.
