<p>The present invention describes conjugates of growth factors and alpha-emitting radionuclides which are suitable for detecting and treating cancer. Also provided are methods for treating cancer utilizing conjugates of growth factors and non-radioactive iodine, conjugates of growth factors and an oxyanion of a metal, and conjugates of a growth factor and a radioactive isotope.</p> |
